Everett Hogan -C.E.O. // Senior Estimator // Director of Strategically Planning
40 yrs. Exp., Planning-Consulting, Blueprint Schematics, Estimating, Expert craftsman in Planning and Design , including renovating and the moving of, Commercial Plants and facilities, from start to finish. Knowledge of Southern Building codes SBC1994, EPA regulations and Health regulations, OSHA, and much more. Everett has been owner and operator of his own construction company for the past 30 years. He has successfully brought the company and it’s reputation to where it is today. Hard work, honor and sacrifice has seen him through times that others failed. He is a local graduate, and is very well know in this area. The City officials and Inspectors, along with his current and past clients know him well and his efforts to follow set guidelines. Measuring Success with ones, motivated will, to excel above the others and to continue in that same path, on a day to day basis, would help define Everett Hogan's character.
Kendall Hogan -Project // Job Superintendent // Cert. Welder
17 yrs. Exp., Kendall has actually been on equipment since the age of 15. He is a highly qualified Equipment Operator from Dozer to Backhoe, trackhoe, grader, crane’s, skidsteer, front-end machines, skytrak and anything else involved with construction. He is certified in many area’s such as M.S.H.A., Cpr, Blood Born Pathogens, Licensed with the State of Arkansas Health Dept. Septic Systems Installer, Graduate in Concrete Form and Finish, Class A CDL w/Haz. Mat. and Certified welder. Including certificates in Oxy/Actly, Arch, Mig and Tig welding. He has engineered and fabricated many of the custom steel structure’s, mezzanines, catwalks, awnings and canopies for our company, Including Misc. Additions to Local Manufacturing Companies. Kendall Hogan specializes in fabrication, erection and troubleshooting steel and red-iron materials. Kendall has been with Everett Hogan for the past 13 years, running erection crews or hanging from a crane, 50' plus in mid-air, full body harness, repairing Tank Silos. Hogan construction value's his employment.

22 yrs. Exp., Certified on paving machine, track-hoe, back-hoe, crane, and welding.
7 yrs, machinist exp.. Knowledge of Planning, Blueprint Schematics, Lead Superintendent, Project start to Punch List. Skills involve every asset a company would require and more. Knowledge of EPA, Health Regulations, OSHA, Southern Building Codes 94, MSHA certified (mining safety and health), CPR and much more. Sam has been with EHC for 10 years and we are proud to have him.

Greg Freeman - Carpenter // Equipment operator
12 yrs. Exp., assets involve finish carpentry, cabinet grade carpetentry, the interior structures and framing, to completing the project to its finishing . Greg has a journeyman’s liscense in electricity, and 6 yrs. experience on heavy equipment operations. Which is a welcomed asset to our company.
Wayne Burnett-Equipment Operator // Licensed C.D.L.Driver
—yrs Exp., Including equipment operator and class A C.D.L. driver and dump truck driver. Wayne operates equipment, moves equipment from and to different job sites and also hauls material for us. Wayne has many different traits allowing us to use him for large projects and small ones.

Doyal Dale — Maintenance
30 Yrs. Exp Doyal can perform light and heavy repair maintenance. From complete overhauls to transmission to hydraulic systems to diesel turbines and blowers and injectors to electrical diagnostics. Which is a big plus to this industry, as “down time” is the number 2 enemy, next to Mother nature herself at any construction site. In– house mechanic, full time, 24 hour on-call, with more years experience , than most of the mechanics employed at any local equipment dealer in the area. Everett Hogan has a full blown mechanics shop-on premises –complete to tire changer station.
We listed those we feel to be key assets. We also employ several others that we are proud to have with us. Most of our people have been with Everett Hogan Construction for quite some time; we do not have the turn over you would normally see in a typical construction company.
